Bad credit FHA mortgage loans or an FHA bad credit loan is/are available to people who have low credit scores. With all of the talk about FHA guidelines changing in ways that will hurt borrowers and the real estate market, at least there are some programs that can help people to either refinance or get into a home with a bad credit FHA mortgage loan. The majority of the lenders are taking their minimum score requirements up from 620 to 640.
