Real estate info & tips: If you have a house or yard job requiring a sub-contractor get a few quotes and don’t hire simply based on the lowest price quoted (it may go up over time) and make sure they are licensed. Make sure the contract you sign is exactly what you want and expect and that the contractor clearly agrees to the all their written job requirements.
