There were a healthy number of condo sales (36) during the months of May and June 2010 in Nashville's Green Hills area - check it out!

This makes a lot of sense as the first time homebuyer's tax credit was about to expire.  It appears that Versailles Townhomes, Burton Hills, Four Seasons and Arden Place had the most in condo sales for these months.

From the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors:  "There were 1,033 home closings in Greater Nashville during January, representing a 6 percent increase from the 974 closings reported during January of 2009. Condominium sales were up considerably.
