It's that time of week once again when I get to brag about the awesome open houses we've got on the schedule for this Sunday, November 3rd. You've seen two of them before and it could very well be the last time you see them. Houses with unique layouts… Some spaces sometimes seem to be dysfunctional…and many cannot envision how some spaces could work. Even in Fargo, ND...they have long houses, with unique layouts... What do you do with your clients to make them envision it working, without the home being staged? This particular home, is FABULOUS. The upstairs is a wonderful space, the kitchen is amazing, but then there’s this really odd space not too far from the entry way, and right next to the dining room, but then there are those stairs… What do you love about houses like this? Opportunity?

What do you like about new construction? Maybe it's the brand new feel...or is it the thought that you can build your dream home, and get everything you want?...You have the ability to get the finishes you want to fit your style...Is it everything you've ever imagined in your dream home? Is it because there should be no initial maintenance that needs to be done? There are many reasons why a buyer may be interested in new construction.
