My experience with Buyers, especially First Time Home Buyers has brought me into contact with several Mortgage Brokers and Mortgage Bankers since I have been a Real Estate Agent. Their experience level and knowledge of current FHA Mortgage Programs makes the Purchase of a Home seemless. My first call always goes out to Dave Woodson, The #1 Indiana FHA Mortgage Broker. Twice Dave Woodson has closed FHA Mortgages for me, once in 2 weeks, and the second time in 14 Days, from start to finish.
