This is a fantastic easy to make desert! You will love it!
1/2 C. margarine
1 C all purpose flour
1 8oz pkg cream cheese-room temperature
2 C. non dairy whipped topping, divided
1 3.4 oz pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 3.4 oz pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 C. milk
1 C. chopped pecans
1 C. powdered sugar
