PRAXIS PLUS - A FREE TRAINING PROGRAM TO JUMPSTART 2009 Since July, I have networked with other Broker/Owners, Managers and agents to discuss the challenging market conditions. I personally met with Broker/Owners who have large offices in Nevada, Arizona and Colorado whose markets are off over 50% from last year. Networking events included Real Estate Connect in San Francisco, Rismedia Power Broker meeting in New York and the RE/MAX convention in Toronto. We compared notes, our experiences, and what worked in other down markets. I can proudly state that I had exceptional productivity in the two worst markets in the last 30 years.
