After being gone for over a year starting this March 1st,2010, the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority or better known as WHEDA, is back. What does this mean to first time homebuyers? With the WHEDA Fannie Mae Advantage you may be able to get into your new home for as little as $1,000 out-of-pocket and have a monthly payment that's less than many other mortgage loans currently available.
