The good news is that the average selling price increased from $438,000 in June to $454,800 in July, a 4% increase. Brenthaven homes sold for 97% of listing price. There was a miniscule change in the average days on the market from 53 days in June to 54 days in July. Well below the Brentwood average days on the market of 98 days.
