Everyone can be overwhelmed by "national" statistics regarding the real estate market. I admit that I follow the National stats and the Florida statewide stats. But, I am a FIRM believer that the real estate market is LOCAL issue. I've done monthly reports for the Gainesville FL Real Estate Market. And monthly reports can be boring, but do provide what's happening here in our local Board of Realtors/MLS for the Gainesville-Alachua County Area.
