Five Things I Am Thankful For is an ActiveRain contest sponsored by Happy Grasshopper.
 
To begin with I am thankful for Active Rain, not only for the education on real estate, mortgages, home staging, home inspections, etc.,  not only for the networking and referrals, BUT for the FUN we have here in the Rain.... like the contests.  For instance, remember BananaTudes and the fun banana costume, I was the First Official Honorary Banana!  The group has since been renamed the A+Tudes.
