I had this property listed last year, and when it expired, the seller wanted to wait before relisting. He called me on May 27th and said if I knew anyone looking for a great buy he would sell Lot 84 for $19,000. On May 29th, I put the listing back on the market at the new price and bang the next day I had a contract.
