The Greenbrier Classic was not held last July, due to the devastating flooding caused by record rainfalls throughout West Virginia. The Greenbrier was hard-hit by torrential rains. The Old White TPC, host course for the tournament, suffered extensive damage from the June flooding and was beyond reasonable repair to conduct the tournament in July.

The Greenbrier's Chocolate Display and Holiday Events
The Greenbrier, the historic destination resort set in the foothills of West Virginia's Allegheny Mountains, has unveiled a holiday-themed chocolate display made up of over 1,000 pounds of chocolate, donated by Cacao Barry, to commemorate the festive season this year.
The display was constructed by the resort's Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Francois Suteau and his pastry team, and took three months to complete.
