I have already written before than we will see next year shift in real estate activity to Broward. Last couples days have proved it. One of the units in Aquazul in Lauderdale by the Sea have been approved by the bank for short sale and although that the approved price was around 1,000,000.00 3 buyers compete for opportunity to buy it and brought the sale price to over 1,100,000.00 $.
