I closed a short sale with Bank of America in June 30th. It was a great ending to a long journey. The sellers got a job out of state right before closing and are excited to start fresh! The buyers love the home and it was a successful closing. It is always nice to have a happy ending especially with a short sale. It was along journey with more than one offer, but it is all good and a happy ending … (3 comments)
