The Show Goes On No Matter What! I just watched a Public Television Diana Ross Special. It was filmed in Central Park in 1983 over two days. Day One was a rain out. Day Two was a make up. It was sensational. It was a super STAR at her brightest. No matter what, she kept going. It's the going that gets you to superstardom. Through all the rain, all you could see was the SHINE.

If you think about it that means they each expected their child to figure out the right path or choice or solution on their own. Take Responsibilty and realize the commitment is ten a week so that means ten today. Ten today means spread them all over the day so they do not get in your way of other projects. Today's project? What Happens When Your Realtor Systems Break Down? Better yet, what happens when you get your Realtor Systems BACK in place so you can go to TOWN without A FROWN? Quite a poet laureate that Golden Girl, Cheryl. Well, increased production, higher speed, more efficiency...the opposite of being a stuck in the MUD DUD. I finally got the hang of all the new forms and systems at the NEW RE/MAX Office. I was in a FUNK. I finally took a spreadsheet, made a list, and got some systems in place. All mine. Yep, it's all mine. Well, Riley Rover has had his comforter staked out most of the day. He's been awfully quiet while I have chugged and plugged away on paperwork. I worked out a new system for uploading paperwork into MLS. I figured out a good checklist which I implemented today. Well, sort of implemented. After hours and hours and hours of improving the checklist, I was finally ready to upload the docs with the checklist I toiled over. So you know what happened, right?
