jump: New Home Sales Jump to Near 2 1/2 year high!

Today, 10-24-2012 Reuters reported that New single family home sales "surged" to their highest level in nearly 2 1/2 years. They said that this is further evidence that the housing market is recovering and is gaining steam. There conclusion is that the housing market is on the mend. Still, here in Boise Realtors are having a difficult time. We are dealing with people who still think this is a buyer's market.
