If you like living in a Bedroom Community such as Beaverton Oregon a scant few minutes away from Portland Oregon but you can't yet afford the prices of a home yet you need the space then perhaps a Condo is for you. The biggest problem you will encounter is the real lack of 3 bedroom Condos. Typically most Condos were built with a floor plan of 2 bedrooms or less. Show me the Money not the Hype! As a busy real estate Broker in Portland Oregon I am constantly amazed at what agents seem to think is important. " I am a Short Sale Specialist, or Foreclosure Specialist " etc. etc. etc. Yes it is important to work with someone who knows what they are doing. There are many ways to handle objections. First and foremost in business it is imperative that the well armed sales person should have at their ready an arsenal of tried and true counter arguments. October's Residential Highlights for the Greater Portland Metro area continue to show an upward trend compared to the same month a year ago. Inventory levels continue to drop showing 6.5 months a level not seen since August 2007 down from its previous high of 19.2 months reported in January 2009.
