The old farmhouse on the property of the Norman Bird Sanctuary on Third Beach Road in Middletown, Newport County, Rhode Island has been undergoing extensive renovations for the past several years. The Paradise Farmhouse, as it is called, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is the oldest structure on Norman Bird Sanctuary's 325 acre property.
