Then the next email you get from the buyers agent is that she or he is going on vacation. Oye! This has happened a lot receintly and many agents do not hand over their files to other agents. They think they can do most of it themselves before they leave and then leave everything else for you to do. I am not complaining. Greetings Friends, It is that time again to do some spring cleaning and some basic fix ups around the home. Here is a quick checklist that you can print out and put on your fridge to do in the next month or two. List- Test your smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors Clean out the gutters Inspect your roof and chimney- ask a professional if it is difficult for you to do. Power wash & Paint the homes exterior if needed Wash your windows and check the screens Clean up any clutter in the house, and give away anthing that isn't needed.
