The sales stats for Timbercreek for 2012 are not as positive as its Fairhope counterpart, Rock Creek, yet the popular golf course community does have a few bright spots to point out. As you can see from the stat charts below, the were 6 more sales in 2011 vs. 2012 and the average sales price was also higher in 2011. However, this year a few key numbers began to improve, such as the average sold price per square foot in 2012 experienced a 3% increase to $116.81 from the prior year and the average days on market with fell slightly.
