Only parts of Southern California rose in prices, but none as much as DC. DC prices rose almost 3% over this time last year. Montgomery County, MD, prices rose almost 2%. Frederick County, MD, sagged more than 2% Charles County, MD, dropped about 4%. Prince Georges County, MD, dropped almost 16%. Prince William County, VA, prices rose nearly 20% over last year.
