Lake Harmony (LH) thanked Lorraine Barbella for her 27 years of service for teaching Pennsylvania Basic Boater Classes to it's residents and vacationers. Lorraine was presented with this Commemorative Plaque Sunday, August 19 at the monthly Lake Harmony Association meeting. This unique gift is the footprint of LH with depths carved in. Years ago, Lorraine was instrumental in the Lakes Bathometric Survey which is a Below-The-Water-Surface-Topo-Map. This Bathometric was built with funding from PA DEP 319 Non-Point Source Grant Monies so LH could build and study it's Watershed.
