The median price of an existing house in Lee County jumped to $117,100 in June, up 21 percent from $96,600 for the same month a year ago, according to figures released Wednesday by Florida Realtors. Condo prices also rose — up 13 percent to $149,100 in June from $131,400 a year ago.
