Flesor's Candy Kitchen - Tuscola, IL If you've been to Tuscola, or at least heard of it, you probably know there is a large outlet mall there. What you probably don't know is what is located downtown. This place may be one of my favorites in Tuscola, but I try not to frequent it due to obvious reasons.
