The housing market here in Southwest Florida, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers remains strong and buyer demand is increasing everyday of home buyers in the "search of our retirement home mode" as we enter our spring and summer home selling season here in Southwest Florida. However, one challenge to the current market is a major shortage of inventory of homes for sale in Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres Florida.
