The same thoughts pop into your head--over and over again..." I must do a will. I need to get that physical. I need do get in shape...etc."
The recurring thoughts are only a symptom of something more important than all of the collective thoughts you've ever had--YOU are NOT getting things done that need to be done.You make lists but so many items get carried forward or are forgotten.
