Volusia County had a stronger rebound to 32 residential sales of a million dollars or more in 2013, the highest since 2007.
In Volusia County, 94 homes and condos in the upper price ranges sold in 2007. The Florida "Coastal Lifestyle" is fabulous...The lifestyle here on the Coast of Central Florida; in the greater Daytona Beach area is truly fabulous. The "greater" Daytona Beacharea typically refers to the area that includes Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, South Daytona, Port Orange,
Holly Hill, and Ponce Inlet.
Each individual city has a unique flavor and characteristic with a different appeal.
Our climate is wonderful, we have miles and miles of beautiful beaches, and there is

My customers still want....and expect "good old fashioned" high touch "First Class Service"
My clients preferences are taken into consideration every step of the way, so they receive service the way "they" like it when they are considering a Florida Real Estate purchase.
If it is a high tech real estate experience they want, then that's what they get, but on the other hand, if they want more personalized high touch service, such as "personal phone calls", then I adapt my communication style to their preferences.

The Museum of Arts & Sciences is one of the primary art, history and science museum's in Central Florida.
Recently my granddaughter Emma and I had a chance to spend some quality time together, at the museum. She enjoyed the trains, and the Children's Museum the best, I fell in love with the 1948 Seafoam Convertible!
On display, is Coca-Cola entrepreneur Chapman Root's lifetime collection of Americana, including two private rail cars, and a fabulous collection of Coca-Cola memorabilia.
The museum's theater, planetarium, and children's center make for a truly interactive experience and a fun day.
