It will take place this time on January 16, 2016 from 10 AM to 6 PM at the Zephyrhills, Municipal Airport located at 39450 South Avenue in Zephyrhills, Florida.
Most people come and make a day of it. Since our January weather is usually neither too hot or too cold, and is seldom rainy, everyone has a great time. And there is something for everyone including the following:

The average interest rate for 15 year fixed-rate mortgages was 3.18%, unchanged from last week. A year ago the average rate for a 30 year fixed-rate loan was 3.97%.

I have been informed that the Patriot Flea Market just south of Zephyrhills, Florida will no longer be open after April 14th and is taking a break for the 2015 summer. That makes sense since so many of our residents have returned to their northern homes and the weather here is really heating up.
