The recent prices of the Kaha Lani condomiums on the island of Kauai have been steady but are inching up. Here is the list from the Kauai MLS:
Those units that have an A under status are Active or available listings, those that have a C are contingent with an offer pending. Two of the C listings are short sales. (Inside scoop: Unit 112 a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath should be coming on the market soon)

The Regency Hule'ia is a 83 unit condominium project located at 2110 Kaneka Street in Lihue, Kauai . There are:
1. 6-one bedroom units
2. 51-two bedroom units
3. 26- three bedroom units
The units originally sold in 2005 to 2006 at the peak of the Kauai real estate market. Prices at that time ranged from $399,000 for a one bedroom to $650,000 for a 3 bedroom unit. Fortunately for today's buyer prices have changed.
