Renovation on 11401 Jackson started earlier this week. The crew working on this house also did the renovation of 7744 McGee in Waldo. This home is located in Terrace Lake Gardens the neighborhood just east of IHOP. This home was purchased with intention of doing either a lease option or lease but I honestly think we’ve got a good chance of flipping this house. As you can see the exterior paint has been mostly completed on this house. About half of the roof layover has also been completed.
