Home Buyers who start their home search, in earnest, prior to speaking to a loan officer for loan pre-approval are setting themselves up for disappointment and may lost the dream house they always wanted to the buyer who was prepared and pre-approved in advance! There is a saying that I learned when I was a new agent and it holds true today.
