If I Could Start Over...
If I could start my real estate business over, there is one major change I would make. When I was first getting going, I signed on to a brokerage (no longer in existence) that focused on Internet lead generation. At the time, it was at the forefront of Internet leads. The company had a very good web site that came up on the first page of Google. It would generate 6 to 8 leads a day in my area alone.
