I have a praise today for Dave Ramsey at Bank of America today. On Aug 27th, I informed him that the 2nd lien was not taking the offered 10% and demanded more. He said the assigned closing agent would address this now after the approval letter was issued. Tuesday is closing and today the closer calls me once the final Hud is submitted and has no recollection of this conversation or why the HUD is now different than the approval.
