Today, I am spending my day off sitting an Estate Sale for my listing at 1096 NE Rio Pine Ln, Jensen Beach, FL 34957.

Tonight and every Monday i am going to leave you with a short progress report good or bad.
I started on Monday with a 2 mile run/walk and took just 28:53 to complete.  Now I hear you already, but I was 288.4 lbs on Monday.
By Saturday, I was able to to a 2 mile non stop run and completed in 23:59.
On Sunday, I took it to 2.75 miles.

FINALLY!  My oldest listing and guess what?  Once the bank finally listened to not one but 30 real estate professionals, and they allowed me to lower the price, it got 3 contracts over the weekend.  The sellers are signing the best one tonight and we shall proceed to approval now.  Sometimes the lenders might just want to yield to the Real Estate professionals who are local and do this everyday for a living.  Once they allowed us to drop the price below $90,000, the bidding war began.  But they have been stuck at $117,000 for over 3 months.
