If you're looking for something to do in St. Louis this first October Weekend, the possiblities are endless! Hit the St. Louis Zoo. The Baby elephant is worth the visit. Admission is FREE and weather is ideal. Up for some wine? Defiance and Augusta are just a short drive into St. Charles. The views are breathtaking, the leaves are changing and the weather could not be better. If Missouri Wine is not for you, my new favorite is Wine Country Garden, just outside of Defiance, MO. Buyers want a deal, so we need to define what a "deal" is to determine the true Value they want to find in a home vs. the media reports that the real estate world is on proverbial life support and the housing market has collapsed. It occurred to me after talking with an agent the other day that few agents in my market actually know how the market is doing. (i.e. What's selling? How often? Days on market? etc.) I'm posting market statistics for St. Louis County area, Single Family Residences, to share with you the healthy status of the St. Louis housing market.
