July 2012 saw the number of home sold in county of Sumter, South Carolina decrease to 75 from 81 in June. In July 2011, 88 homes were sold in Sumter which was an increase over June 2011 of 78. The Year to Date Homes Sold in Sumter is still down in 2012 versus most prior years. Year to date Homes sold in July 2012 was 441 and July 2011 was 484.
