The Laguna Beach Community of Panama City Beach on the West end of Panama City Beach Is Best Known for being quiet and uncrowded. You will notice a lack of High Rise condominiums and Hotels on this end of the Beach,but still only a few miles from all the action,events,shopping and dining choices of the East side of Panama City Beach. There is no particular Home Owners Association with Laguna Beach but there may be individual HOAs within this area.
