The neighborhood profile for Lyndell Plantation is relatively simple there are less than 50 single family homes located within this neighborhood all the homes have metal roofs and front porches. Its conveniently located east of Highway 79 between Back Beach Road and Middle Beach Road and only minutes from Pier Park and all that Panama City Beach has to offer its only a short walk to the beach. This neighborhood has underground utilities that adds to the aesthetic beauty and also increases service reliability. There is a Home Owners association but the fees are only $175 Yearly.
