On December 28, 2011 the FHA extended its waiver of a rule that prohibits the agency from insuring homes sold within 90 days of their acquisition. Online, on TV or in print it’s all conflicting and contrary: escalating foreclosures, rate of unemployment is up, hard to get a loan on one side; home prices stabilizing, unemployment rate is unchanged, lowest interest rates in decades; just to mention a few. More and more people tell me happy real estate endings that started while doing an open house; yes, the old fashion your time only/zero out-of-pocket: your live office in someone else’s home. If you did an open house and no one showed up, do it again in another home that may have more traffic; you don’t have a listing there? Look up our listings and call an agent from your own company, it’s a win-win for both.
