Real Estate Agent Referrals
 

When I have to send a referral to someone the first place I check is ActiveRain. I have reached out to some people on Facebook but they do not usually respond.
 
Well if you have any referrals for the Tampa, Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Holiday, Trinity, New Port Richey, Port Richey, and Hudson areas send all referrals to us at Lana@AlohaKaiFlorida.com

Fresh Florida Grapefruits and Oranges
Florida offers year-round gardening which is one advantage of living in the Sunshine State of Florida. I have two grapefruit trees and one orange tree in my yard which means I can walk in our yard and pick some fresh fruits.
 
I usually pick five to 10 fruits then scrub them in order to prepare them to be sliced:

I put them in the refrigerator so later in the day my husband and I can have fresh, sliced fruit.

I have been super busy on a new project and since Coldwell Banker NRT acquired the assets of Coldwell Banker Wikle Properties in Palm Harbor, Florida last month, I was able to move into my new office located at 4704 Alternate 19 in Palm Harbor, Florida.
I took a picture of the view. It is serene and peaceful. I am blessed.
Likewise I hope the best in 2010 for everyone: Hau'oli Makahiki Hou (pronounced "how-oh-lee ma-ka-hi-ki ho-ooh") which can mean "Happy New Year."

Recently another agent from out of the area contacted me via email asking me if I accept referrals. Yes, I do. I have worked for buyers from New Jersey, New York, Georgia, etc. They have one common denominator and that is that they want to buy and are serious about buying.
Another common denominator when it comes to buyers in general is that they want to work with someone who they can trust. I have been working on my list of "How to find a real estate agent" and the number one quality that I suggest is that *you* look for … (0 comments)
