This is an excerpt of an email that I received from My Florida Regional MLS:
 
"Dear Broker,
URGENT: If you want to syndicate your Listings with Zillow Group take action now!
Recent changes between ListHub and Zillow Group require a new opt-in for all brokers who want to send their listings to the Zillow Group. Opting into the Zillow Group automatically syndicates your listings to their network of sites including: Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, Yahoo! Real Estate, MSN Real Estate, HGTV Frontdoor, Streeteasy, Leju (leading Chinese website) and GoogleNow.

Clearwater Beach Florida is set to gain more parking spaces by May 2015 which is a huge relief to many who enjoy the many activities near and along the beach. BayNews9 is reporting that its location will be near Mandalay and Baymont near the Sandpearl Resort.
 
 

It will have 642 spaces of which 450 will be open to the public. Some of the surrounding businesses, business owners, and employees may not be too happy about this which is understandable but at least they may gain more business from this.
