One advantage of living in Franklin Tn is the abundance of city parks surrounding the city. My neighborhood backs up to the eastern Battlefield that has been purchased by to city to protect it from being developed. It was a golf course for years and the city kept some of the cart paths that are now used as walking trails. I walk my dog Rusty every morning usually as the sun in coming up and the views are usually amazing. For those of you who sleep in, I understand. But wow what you are missing.

Franklin TN homes for sale - The number of home closings have increased by 8% in the last 12 months and median sales prices have increased 10%, but this may be the impact of a higher percentage of new construction homes being sold. The Franklin Tn budget submitted by city administrators includes a 2.5 percent pay increase for city workers but does not ask for any tax increases.
