We have been given some private inventory at Allure Las Vegas.  In an effort to compete with the foreclosure condo inventory that is being snapped up by predatory bargain buyers, the management at Allure Las Vegas has decided to cut prices and move condos.
Given the current credit crunch, condo financing is very difficult to come by.  We are connected with a preferred lender who has the ability to finance Allure Las Vegas. The HOA dues here are about 55 cents per sq. ft. and inlcude, insurance, valet, concierge, gym, business center, water, sewer, trash, and basic cable.
