We live and work in Palmer Township and wanted to share a resources we find most of our neighbors in Palmer are not aware of. Last year, we did some work on our front walkway and put in new landscaping. Along the way, we became aware that the Palmer Township Recycling center on Berks offers Wood Mulch to residents. We filled two trailer fulls of mulch last year and it was all FREE!
