Yes, there really was snow in the Charleston SC area last night --- Hope everyone enjoyed it as much as our granddaughter. This is the way I like snow -- comes in at night, is beautiful in the morning and gone by afternoon.

snow in charleston sc: Charleston, SC - snow?

Charleston. SC has not seen snow since 1989 -- the same year that Hugo hit us. At least this is what I remembered -- when I googled it, there was snow on Nov. 21, 2006 -- watch this video and you will see why I don't remember it:
We don't want snow -- we like the warm weather. I'm sure that the children would love to have snow -- this would mean no school -- wait a minute, they are out anyway for teacher's work days -- so the snow would be wasted there.
