This year really flew by! In these challenging times it seems that not one deal was "easy". My toughest deal this year began with a listing taken in December 06. ( House A). The buyer for house A has a house to sell which isn't yet on the market.. so I take this listing ( house B). The buyers for house B eventually come along and THEY have a house to sell as well ( House C). House C couldn't close on time due to installation of a septic system.
