I have just recently found out that last year a small group of people joined together in Gray Manor to establish a Community and Business Group: Gray Manor Community & Business Group

Baltimore County Dundalk Maryland 21222 Home Search As a Realtor, I watch the local markets very close. Working Eastern Baltimore County, Dundalk is one of the local markets I keep an eye on.
Dundalk, like the rest of the State, has a record amount of inventory on the market, but Dundalk is still showing STRONG sales! Every story that I have read talks about how we are in a strong BUYER'S MARKET-a buyer's market to me means that there is currently OVER 6 months inventory listed. I have been on AR a week now-Gosh the time has just flown by! When did I have time to do any business this week? This is so addictive! Since I have to start my day at 5:30am each morning due to family obligations, I find that I can be productive building my business through the "blogosphere" for the first 2 hours of my day. Then I can go out and market myself in the community.

My first homebuying experience set me up to be a SUPER- Agent for my clients! Everything that could possibly go wrong-DID GO WRONG! I was fortunate that the sellers were so patient as our initial offer was accepted on May 7 and we did not close until Mid-August!
