Up at Haopili Hale we saw an average crowd today, no public bidders, a Realtor Broker, 3 attorneys, John of (Na Hale O Maui), and myself.
Several HOA foreclosure proceedings happened today Maalea Kai, Walaka,. The Hale Ono Loa unit #212 was foreclosed upon leaving the bidding stage at the sum of one dollar, that's right the HOA foreclosed for a buck, seems like a good way to get the lender / lien holder to take action on the foreclosure proceedings we will see when the court … (2 comments)

My heart goes out to each and everyone of us, as we struggle in these trying times. The information provided on this blog is courteous & only meant to inform you, your families, friends.
