I attended the May 2010 LuxuryRealEstate.com conference at the Ritz Carlton in South Beach and enjoyed the company of power real estate brokers from countries including, Australia, Italy, the Bahamas, Costa Rica, Canada, Mexico and St. Barth's in the Caribbean. Main message delivered was that prices of luxury real estate have to be reset to sell. Luxury real estate sellers around the world are realizing that properties have to be priced and offered to reflect current markets.
